Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery time within Pakistan: 3 to 10 working days

International Order
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express
Shipping charges are calculated based on DHL’s rates at checkout
Customers are responsible for Customs Duties, VAT, or any applicable import taxes based on local regulations in the destination country
Our return and exchange policy does not apply to international orders, but if a defective item is received, we’ll do our best to make it right
Exchanges & Returns (Within Pakistan)
Exchange Eligibility
You may request a one-time exchange within 7 days of receiving your item, provided the product:
Is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
Has all original tags and packaging intact
Returns
We currently do not offer returns unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
Wrong or Missing Items
If your order includes an incorrect or missing item:
Please notify us within 07 days of delivery
Claims made after this window will not be accepted
Defective Item Policy
To report a defect:
Send clear photos and a video of the issue to our customer support team via WhatsApp at +92 305 9131000
Our team will assess the case and offer a suitable resolution
Claims will not be accepted if:
Raised after 7 days of delivery
The item appears to be worn, washed, altered, or missing tags
Refunds for Defective Items
· Refunds are issued as an online store credit (voucher code), usable for any future purchase
· Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for cash refunds
Approved COD refunds will also be processed as store credit only
Important Notes
Exchanges are applicable for the same product only
Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return, unless defective
All return shipments must be sent to the address provided by ADWEARS, with shipping costs borne by the customer
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before confirmation or processing by our support team
Once shipped, a confirmation with tracking details will be shared via email
ADWEARS reserves the right to cancel an order due to:
o Stock unavailability
o Pricing errors
o Payment issues
For prepaid orders:
Refunds will be issued as store credit or returned to the original payment method (processing time: 3–10 business days)
